Stationary Compactor
Stationary Compactor
In managing the disposal of waste materials, the stationary Compactor plays a primary role. The bulk of the waste is significantly reduced thanks to a compacting action, guaranteed by the machine. The machine stationary compactor acts on the bulk volume of the waste and allows a greater amount of waste to be concentrated inside the container, through targeted treatment.
The functioning of the stationary compactor takes place through a motor installed inside it, capable of allowing two fundamental functions.
First phase
Through a first phase, the waste is compacted and thus undergoes the elimination of the main bulk factor, that is, the empty spaces between the waste itself or within the structure of each individual waste.
Second function
The second function, the actual final compaction, is the last step that further implements the cohesion of the waste between them.
A press channels its action towards the location containing the waste. At the end of the use of the stationary compactor machine, it wraps the compacted material with special bags, supplied by the same company that produces the machine. These are packages built specifically for the waste material, which protect the waste from any dispersion during transport. The buckets of the machinery are composed of several layers and are able to guarantee maximum resistance during the subsequent handling of waste materials.
The stationary compactor is usually used for pressing various types of waste. It is possible to find on the market fixed waste compactor for mixed waste, but also specifically designed for pressing paper only.

Stationary Compactor: all uses
The uses of a stationary compactor are many according to the type of waste to be treated. There are also various measures of stationary compactor on the market, because the machine waste compactor follows various company supply chains that use it. There are compactors for the home and they are the ones of the smallest size. There is a wide range of industrial compactors designed starting from the material they are going to treat. It is therefore possible to find on the market waste compactors intended for the processing of cans and similar (for example small and large tin bins), unsorted waste, waste based only on plastic, paper, or special compactors for polystyrene. Each model of fixed stationary compactor has well-defined technical specifications, which it is always good to see and consider, in order to choose the machine that suits better your needs and also with the available space in the house. The staff who deals with the use of the machine waste compactor must be promptly instructed on its use, in order to avoid any accidents at work.
