Hooklift

Hooklift

The hooklift are trucks on which caissons or other types of equipment are mounted and can be removed by means of special machine.

The structures are composed of sturdy subframes set up with cranes, caisson and stabilizer feet. All connected to a hydraulic system that allows its operation. The structure can be easily removed from the truck on which it is installed, leaving it free to accommodate, in the same way, another set-up. This means that the same truck can be set up with different equipment, depending on the work to be performed.

In the waste sector, hooklift are ideal for the collection of materials produced on construction sites, where it is necessary to remove rubble. The uses of hooklift

The uses of hooklift are many, the most common ones concern the collection of waste of various kinds. Another method is to use the caissons with which hooklift are normally set up, such as storage sites on construction sites or in other situations that require the collection of large quantities of material.

They can be supplied to the construction site by means of the hooklift and positioned in the points required to serve as a storage site. They are directly unhooked from the truck and therefore occupy a limited space. When the filling is completed, the caissons are repositioned on the hooklift of origin and moved to their final destinations.

The use of these fittings handled by hooklift represent a strong time saving in terms of cost and space in the various construction sites and there are various types. The hooklift are normally owned by the company in charge of the collection and/or storage and disposal of various materials, but the fittings, such as the caissons, are often rented, preferring this option for the purchase prices because is not really affordable and also rent caissons allows more space. If companies owned caissons, when it’s empty for momentary inactivity, it takes up space.

The rental of the caissons allows the company to always be able to take advantage of quality products at affordable costs and only for the time actually necessary for the work to be carried out.
